The terms behind the promise.

Plain-language terms for working with LeadFoundry. About 5 minutes to read. Last updated 7 October 2026.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you (the client) and LeadFoundry ("LeadFoundry", "we", "us"). They apply to every proposal, engagement and piece of work we deliver. By signing a proposal or paying an invoice you accept these terms. Where a signed proposal and these terms differ, the signed proposal wins.

2. The service

LeadFoundry is a done-for-you growth partner for high-ticket B2B companies. Depending on your proposal this includes an Offer Build (we turn the service you sell into one clear offer with a fixed scope, timeline and price, which you sign off on), strategy (your ideal customer profile, positioning and messaging), outreach across LinkedIn, cold email and paid ads, founder content posted on your profile, day-to-day management of replies, booking qualified calls onto your calendar, and support in qualifying and closing those calls.

We work in your voice, with you approving the offer, the messaging and the posts before they go out. On LinkedIn we work from your profile at human-paced limits and do not use tools that send messages from it automatically. Cold email, where it is part of your proposal, goes out from dedicated sending domains so your main domain is protected. Ad spend, where ads run, is paid by you and is not part of our fees.

3. The guarantee

Our promise is 30 qualified calls within 90 days of your campaign launch date on Growth Partner, and 20 qualified calls on LinkedIn Growth. Your proposal names your tier. Launch is the day the first approved message is sent.

The guarantee applies only to our done-for-you tiers, where we do the sending. The DIY system, Done-With-You consulting and the paid strategy session carry no guarantee and no promised number of calls.

A call counts as qualified when the prospect matches the ideal customer profile agreed at kickoff and has, on a reasonable pre-screen, a current problem you solve, decision-making authority or direct influence, a budget, and a timeline. A call that is booked and then cancelled or missed by the prospect still counts if it was rebooked or if the prospect met the criteria when booked.

If we do not reach your guaranteed number of qualified calls by day 90, we keep working at no additional fee until we do. Beyond the fees agreed in your proposal, nothing further is invoiced until the guaranteed number is reached.

The guarantee covers qualified calls, not closed deals. Whether a call becomes a client depends on your offer, pricing and sales process. We support you in closing, but we do not guarantee it.

The guarantee depends on you meeting the responsibilities in section 4. If approvals, access or attendance are withheld for more than five business days at a time, the 90-day window pauses for that period.

4. What we need from you

To deliver, we need: your time for the Offer Build and your sign-off on the offer; secure access to your LinkedIn profile, and to any other channel in your proposal such as sending domains or ad accounts, for the length of the engagement; your input on the ideal customer profile; approval of messaging and posts within a reasonable time; a calendar link we can book into; accurate information about your offer; and your attendance at the calls we book.

While we run your outbound, please do not run any other automated or third-party outreach from the same LinkedIn profile. It puts the account at risk and makes results impossible to measure.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedule and engagement length are set out in your proposal. Invoices are payable on the dates stated there. If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue we may pause work until it is settled, and the 90-day window pauses with it.

Fees already paid are not refundable, except where these terms or your proposal say otherwise.

6. LinkedIn and account safety

LeadFoundry is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's user agreement. We take account safety seriously and operate at conservative, human-paced volumes, but we cannot control LinkedIn's decisions about any account and are not liable for restrictions LinkedIn may apply.

7. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information, messaging, prospect lists and results confidential and use them only to deliver the service. We do not sell prospect data. You agree to keep our methods, playbooks and pricing confidential.

Prospect data we gather is processed on your behalf. You are responsible for how you use it after the engagement ends.

8. Intellectual property

Messaging, profile copy and target lists we create for you are yours to keep and use. Our processes, templates, frameworks and know-how remain ours. You may not resell or repackage the service.

9. Results

We guarantee qualified calls, not closed deals. How calls are run, priced and closed is up to you. Any figures shown on our website are from real campaigns but are not a promise of the same result for every business.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by LinkedIn restrictions, third-party tools, or information you gave us that turned out to be inaccurate.

11. Term and ending the engagement

The engagement runs for the period in your proposal. Either side may end it early in writing if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being told. If you end the engagement early for any other reason, the guarantee no longer applies and fees for the current period remain payable.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the date you sign a proposal is the version that applies to that engagement.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there, unless your proposal says otherwise.
