Trust & Security

How we protect your information.

This page is maintained by the LeadFoundry team to answer common security and privacy questions about how we handle the information you share with us.

Access and authentication

Internal dashboards that display applications and onboarding submissions are protected behind authentication. Only team members with an explicit admin role can view or download submitted information. Roles are stored separately and checked on the server for every request.

How access is enforced

Data access is governed by row level security at the database layer, not just in the interface. A request without the right role cannot read submissions, even if it reaches the database directly.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms: your contact details, the answers you provide, optional file uploads such as a CV, and an optional voice note. We do not buy or sell personal data.

File uploads and storage

Uploaded files such as CVs and voice notes are kept in private storage. They are never served from public links. When a team member needs to review a file, the system generates a short-lived, expiring link instead of exposing the file permanently.

Email and notifications

When you submit a form, we may send a confirmation to the email address you provide and a notification to our team. Submission endpoints are rate-aware and validated on the server to prevent abuse.

Retention and requests

If you would like a copy of the information you submitted, or want it removed, contact us at the address below and we will action your request.
